This School is a boarding and day School for boys, founded 10.00 years ago; the scholars are European, Eurasian, and Chinese,

y being orphans. The Masters are Englishmen generally trained 1000 certificated. The School is recognized as one of the most jessful in the Colony. It receives a grant-in-add from the 10.00 pornment, the only other sources of income being fees from olars,and donations solicited annually from the public.

You are aware that the staff of English Masters at Queen's 10.00 age in this Colony has been already slightly, and is about to further increased. Last year an appointment was made, and an $1,658.70 stant Master was selected from the Diocesan School; according-
